To link accounts with another user – Tap More (bottom navigation bar) > Link & Share Account > Create an invitation link. You will receive a notification once somebody accepts your invitation.
You can stop sharing your account with a user at any time – Tap More (bottom navigation bar) > Link & Share Account > select the user you wish to unlink with and press the unlink button at the bottom.

All of the above have the benefit of helping to keep you more engaged with the app, and the more you use your diary, the more effective it is in achieving your goals.
To switch to another account, tap the profile icons in the top left corner of your diary.
You can copy items from a linked users diary to your own. Simply tap the entry in the members diary and follow the instructions
You can also share recipes between accounts. If a recipe is saved to the My Meals section of an account, the linked user can select the recipe and press Copy Recipe to edit & make it your own
.If notifications are turned on, you will receive one notification per day. This could be to say linked users have added items to their diary, or that they haven't.
To manage these notifications, tap More (bottom navigation bar) > Link & Share Account > toggle the switch on or off for Mute all notifications.
You can link with up to 7 users at a time. This includes free trialists and expired members. If your membership expires, you can still view the other accounts too.
