Last September, I had a hysterectomy and ever since I've been so tired. All the time, except for the first few hours after I get up. I like to get up early, about 6am. and I go to bed at about 10.30pm and I'm hoping you can suggest certain foods to give me more energy. I've had a blood test and my doctor couldn't find anything wrong. I take a multibionta vitamin tablet, evening primrose oil capsule and Vitamin E capsule. I have a varied diet, not too much meat and I eat lots of vegetables, pasta etc., any ideas please.
